GENTLEMEND WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gentlemend website (www.gentlemend.com), mobile application, and platform operated by Gentlemend Limited ("Gentlemend," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Gentlemend platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gentlemend and apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of the Platform.

Gentlemend Limited is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16112900) with its registered office at 115b Warwick Street, Leamington Spa, CV32 4QZ.

• "Platform" means our website, mobile applications, and related services.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any person accessing or using the Platform.
• "Customer" means a User who books or receives Services via the Platform.
• "Clinic" or "Partner" means a third-party provider of aesthetic or grooming services listed on the Platform.
• "Services" means treatments or services provided by Clinics and listed on the Platform.
• "Booking" means a confirmed appointment for Services made via the Platform.
• "User Content" means reviews, messages, images, and other content you upload or submit.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or book via the Platform.
• You warrant that the information provided to us is true, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use another person's account without their consent.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without liability, if you breach these Terms.

• Gentlemend provides a platform to discover, compare, and book third-party self-care, wellness and aesthetic services. We act as a disclosed commercial agent for Clinics.
• Gentlemend does not provide the Services listed and is not liable for the conduct of any Clinic.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or efficacy of Services offered by Clinics. Clinics are solely responsible for delivering their Services.
• You enter into a direct contract with the Clinic when you make a Booking.

• All bookings are subject to acceptance by the Clinic. Gentlemend sends a Booking Confirmation once accepted.
• Prices are set by Clinics and displayed inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Gentlemend collects payments on behalf of Clinics via third-party payment processors. By booking, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
• You agree to attend your appointment on time and in line with the Clinic's terms.
• Gentlemend is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by you or the clinic.

Gentlemend receives a commission or service fee from Clinics for each booking made through the Platform. This allows us to operate the Platform and provide ongoing support to Users and Clinics.

• Clinics define their own cancellation and refund policies. These are shown prior to checkout.
• To cancel or reschedule, you must follow the instructions in your Booking Confirmation and observe any applicable notice periods.
• Refunds are only issued in accordance with the Clinic's stated policy, unless otherwise required by law.
• If a Clinic cancels, you are entitled to a full refund or an alternative appointment.
• Gentlemend may offer support in resolving disputes but is not responsible for enforcing a refund.

• Clinics are responsible for ensuring their Services are lawful, safe, and accurately described.
• Gentlemend does not guarantee Clinic qualifications, regulatory compliance, or outcomes.
• Clinics are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Gentlemend.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or misleading;
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform;
• Interfere with security features or access the Platform using automated tools;
• Violate the rights of Gentlemend or any third party.

• You may submit reviews after receiving Services. All content must be respectful, truthful, and legally compliant.
• Gentlemend reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
• You grant Gentlemend a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and display your content on the Platform and in promotional materials.

• All Platform content (including User Content) is owned by Gentlemend or its licensors.
• You may not use, copy, or modify any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Any trademarks used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

Gentlemend provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentlemend disclaims liability for:

• Service quality, injury, or dissatisfaction from Clinics;
• Platform outages or data loss;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gentlemend, its directors, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your interaction with Clinics.

• Gentlemend and Clinics act as separate data controllers.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You consent to data processing in accordance with that Policy.
• Clinics are independently responsible for their handling of your data once received.

Gentlemend may terminate or suspend your access:

• If you breach these Terms;
• If required for legal or security reasons;
• Without notice where necessary to protect others.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. Gentlemend is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Gentlemend is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, outages, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gentlemend.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
• No third party shall have any rights under these Terms.
• You may not assign or transfer your rights without Gentlemend's prior written consent.
